In Kind was born from a pandemic-era ‘zine I created.
It’s thoughtful, conscious content focused on the elements of modern life that fast, break-the-internet type content wasn’t exploring: stories about career, motherhood, personal style, marriage, and the things, big and small, that tether us to our individuality.
It came to life after the Leah’zine I edited in 2020 (and sent out to friends and family as a fun side project) showed itself to have legs, with inquiries from Instagram about how people could order a copy.
It’s grown to include a weekly newsletteron Substack and in-person events and reader retreats.
